This page covers the website only. If you're a client, the scope, pricing, and terms of your project or retainer are set out in your signed project agreement, not here — that document controls if the two ever conflict.

This site is here to show you our work and let you get in touch about a project. You're welcome to browse it, read it, and share links to it. Please don't use it in a way that's unlawful, tries to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or scrapes it at scale without asking us first.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, copy, and code of this site belong to Headwaters LLC unless otherwise noted. Work shown in our portfolio (case studies, screenshots, client sites) is shown with permission and remains the property of the respective client or Headwaters, as agreed in that project's contract. Don't copy, reproduce, or reuse our site design or content without asking.

Content on this site — pricing, process, timelines — is general information about how we work, not a binding quote or professional advice for your specific situation. Actual project terms are set in a written agreement before any work starts.
